HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU! Welcome to my VERY FIRST post! If you are like me, you are starting the year with new goals and readiness to attack challenges. The first challenge for me was creating this blog... definitely not an easy task since I'm technically challenged! The next challenge I've set for myself is to participate in weekly design challenges. A little back story about me. I started making cards for my mother to give away to lift people's spirits. I have been doing this for several years. Now I am creating cards to tap into my artistic side and share with others.

The above card I created for the following design challenge:

Addicted to CAS #188 Emboss

Supplies I used to create this card:
Pretty Quick Layered Landscape
AC Cardstock Tropical pack
Momenta dies (letters)
Stampin' Up Embossing Folder - Softly Falling
Stickles (white)
Punch - small snowflake & oval
Buffalo Snowflurries
Washi tape (unknown brand)
Wendy Vecchi Archival Ink - Watercan
Caran D'Ache - Bleu Turquoise
Recollection Heavy Weight #110 white cardstock
